PCB Assembler

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PCB Assembler with a strong background in electro-mechanical assembly and electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electro-mechanical assembly of electronic products and components.
• Use a range of hand tools and powered electronic tools safely and effectively.
• Perform soldering, wiring, crimping and cable termination to a high standard.
• Work in accordance with IPC Standards or equivalent industry standards.
• Read, interpret and work accurately from engineering assembly drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Ensure all assembly work meets required quality and workmanship standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience with soldering, wiring, crimping and termination.
• Competent use of a variety of hand and power tools.
• Experience working to IPC Standards or equivalent.
• Ability to accurately read and understand engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
