As Team Manager within Mane's Engineering & Manufacturing division, I lead recruitment activities across highly specialised markets including Medical, Scientific, Electronics, and Security, supporting clients and candidates across both contract and permanent recruitment.

Having originally worked as a contractor within Engineering & Manufacturing before transitioning into recruitment, I bring a unique perspective and first-hand understanding of both client and candidate challenges. This experience enables me to build strong relationships and deliver recruitment solutions aligned with technical requirements and long-term business needs.

Alongside supporting clients and candidates, I play an active role in developing and mentoring recruitment professionals within my team, helping build high-performing consultants and maintain strong service standards across the division.

Beyond Recruitment: I'm a passionate football fan and enjoy the teamwork, competition, and camaraderie that come with the sport.
