Since 1993, our Infrastructure team has provided temporary and permanent recruitment across civil engineering, power, specialist construction, rail and fabrication. Successful project delivery starts with a clear brief, a realistic workforce plan and the right people in place at the right time. We work with clients from initial planning through selection, mobilisation and project review.
PROJECT BRIEF & SETUP
We clarify stakeholder requirements, the technical brief, HSQE requirements, project timescales and deliverables. We then map the required skills and certifications and agree recruitment milestones.
TALENT MARKET MAPPING
We map talent against project requirements and plan advertising, social media engagement, targeted marketing and passive candidate engagement. Where needed, we establish local recruitment hubs and manage interviews.
SEARCH & SELECTION
Our selection process can include referencing, right-to-work checks, international payroll and visa processing, diversity monitoring, competency and skills testing, and certification verification. Where required, we can also plan training and development, provide e-learning and support consultative team selection.
MOBILISATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We coordinate onboarding documentation, including project details, next-of-kin information, health questionnaires and declarations. Mobilisation support can include travel, accommodation, visas and compliance.
We also support HSQE implementation, including control measures, reporting, service reviews and due diligence. Certification management covers expiry tracking, refresher training and upskilling. Throughout delivery, we monitor project and market intelligence, competitor activity, performance and service levels.
PROJECT DE-BRIEF
We review performance and feedback, capture best practice and lessons learned, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
