As Team Leader within Mane's Infrastructure division, I specialise in delivering contract and permanent recruitment solutions across large-scale industrial, rail, and infrastructure projects throughout the UK and Europe.

With strong expertise across M&E and technical labour markets, I support clients with specialist recruitment requirements across disciplines including Coded Welders, Pipe Fitters, Platers, Riggers, Steel Erectors, and Electricians. My understanding of workforce challenges across complex project environments enables me to support projects with the skilled talent needed to maintain programme delivery, safety standards, and operational efficiency.

Working across sectors including Rail, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, FMCG, and Energy from Waste, I take a relationship-driven and solutions-focused approach, supporting both clients and candidates across technically demanding environments.

Beyond Recruitment: I enjoy travelling, exploring different cultures, and experiencing new cuisines. Visiting different countries has broadened my perspective and strengthened my passion for working across international markets.
