Natasha Wheatley

As part of the Mane Contract Services MRO team, I support recruitment activities across the aviation maintenance sector, helping connect skilled professionals with opportunities across the industry.

With a background in sales and recruitment, I bring strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills, alongside experience in candidate engagement and understanding client requirements.

I take a people-focused approach to recruitment, working closely with colleagues, clients and candidates to support effective recruitment delivery.

My focus is on building strong professional relationships, expanding my knowledge of the MRO sector and contributing to the continued success of Mane’s aviation recruitment team.
