As an Operations and Technology Consultant at Mane, I draw on more than 20 years of experience within the recruitment industry, having started my career as an IT Recruiter in 2004 before moving into recruitment technology in 2011.

Over the past 15 years, I have worked with leading recruitment technology brands including Broadbean, cube19, Bullhorn and Mercury, building extensive experience across recruitment operations, technology and SaaS.

My background in operations, combined with a strong passion for recruitment technology, has given me a deep understanding of how the right tech stack can support business strategy, improve efficiency and streamline day-to-day processes.

At Mane, I use this experience to identify opportunities to improve the way we work, ensuring our technology, systems and processes continue to support our people and the growth of the business.
