As Divisional Director of Energy & Mission Critical at Mane Contract Services, I lead our recruitment strategy across the Energy Transition and Mission Critical infrastructure sectors. I work with developers, EPC contractors, consultancies, technology businesses, and investors to deliver specialist permanent and contract recruitment solutions across renewable energy, grid infrastructure, battery energy storage (BESS), hydrogen, data centres, and wider critical infrastructure.

With more than 30 years of international leadership experience across the energy, infrastructure, and engineering sectors, I take a consultative approach to recruitment, building long-term partnerships based on trust, market insight, and a genuine understanding of each client's strategic objectives. My focus is on helping organisations secure the leadership and specialist talent needed to deliver complex projects and support sustainable growth.

As we continue to grow Mane's Energy & Mission Critical division, I am focused on strengthening strategic client relationships, expanding our market presence, and building a high-performing team recognised for delivering exceptional service and long-term value.

Beyond Recruitment: I enjoy keeping active through trail running and following a variety of sports, particularly football, rugby, and motorsport. Having worked across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America, I also have a passion for travel, experiencing different cultures, and spending time with family and friends.
