James Wild

As a Recruiter within Mane’s Engineering & Manufacturing team, I support clients and candidates across a range of technical and manufacturing markets, helping to connect skilled professionals with the right opportunities.

I bring previous recruitment experience, alongside strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills. My background includes candidate engagement, sourcing, screening, and understanding client requirements across fast-paced recruitment environments.

I take a people-focused approach to recruitment, with an emphasis on clear communication, building strong relationships, and delivering a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
