As a Senior Recruitment Consultant within Mane’s Energy division, I specialise in delivering high-quality contract and permanent recruitment solutions, ensuring projects are supported on time and within budget. With extensive experience in technical recruitment, particularly across construction and engineering environments, I bring a strong understanding of the skills and expertise required to deliver complex energy projects successfully.

I work with a range of organisations across the Energy sector, including operators, EPC contractors and specialist service providers, supporting talent requirements across the full project lifecycle. This includes engineering, construction, commissioning and operational phases, allowing me to provide flexible and responsive recruitment solutions aligned to project demands.

Taking a consultative and solutions-led approach, I focus on understanding each client’s specific requirements and delivering candidates who meet both technical and commercial objectives. Building strong, long-term relationships and providing a clear, reliable service are central to how I work.
