Working across automotive, motorsport, and advanced engineering environments, I have developed strong expertise across composite production, engineering, aftersales, mechanical, and vehicle repair disciplines. My experience supporting international markets has enabled me to build extensive networks across specialist skill areas and deliver talent solutions for technically demanding projects.

I take a relationship-led and consultative approach, working closely with clients and candidates across multiple countries and cultures to deliver recruitment solutions aligned with both technical requirements and long-term objectives.
