Mane are recruiting 2 experienced Welding Quality Inspectors.

Contract Details:

Location: Germany

Start: ASAP

Duration: Until at least the end of 2026

Shift: Early shift

2 positions available

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect welded components and assemblies against technical drawings and quality specifications.
• Assess MAG weld seams, weld run-outs, dimensions and welding requirements.
• Interpret welding symbols, seam specifications and technical documentation.
• Identify welding defects, non-conformities and quality issues.
• Make decisions on whether components meet quality standards and can be approved or rejected.
• Support supplier quality inspections, acting as a technical quality firewall.
• Inspect a wide variety of welded assemblies with different technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong welding background, ideally MAG welding.
• Excellent ability to read and interpret technical welding drawings.
• Good understanding of welding symbols, weld seams, tolerances and quality standards.
• Previous welding inspection or quality control experience preferred.
• Confident making technical decisions regarding component acceptance and rejection.
• Right to work in Germany.
