Warehouse Supervisor

📍 Northern Ireland | 💷 £15-£18 per hour (DOE) | ⏰ Full-time / Contract

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to meet performance and safety targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities (goods in/out, picking, dispatch)
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives
• Allocate workloads and manage shift performance
• Ensure stock accuracy and timely order fulfilment
• Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
• Resolve operational issues and escalate where required
• Report on KPIs and productivity

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic IT skills (WMS/stock systems)

Desirable

• Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Reach)
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution
• Knowledge of inventory systems and reporting tools
