As Team Leader within Mane's Aviation division, I bring extensive recruitment experience supporting clients across aerospace and defence markets globally. Working with organisations across Europe, North America, and Asia, I specialise in delivering talent solutions for complex technical and engineering projects across both contract and permanent markets.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise across the full project lifecycle, supporting recruitment requirements within project management, design, testing, production, and engineering functions. My understanding of aerospace workforce demands has enabled me to support major international programmes with high-calibre technical talent across highly specialised markets.

I focus on building long-term relationships and delivering consistent service excellence by working closely with clients and candidates to understand their objectives and provide tailored recruitment solutions that support project delivery and long-term growth.
