MANE are looking for a German-speaking Vacuum Press Operator to join our aerospace production team. If you have hands-on composite experience and a passion for precision, this role is for you.

About the Role

Operate and maintain vacuum press equipment to produce high-quality composite components while keeping to strict safety, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and run vacuum press systems to technical specs.

• Prepare composite layups and tooling.

• Monitor curing cycles, temperatures, and pressures.

• Inspect finished parts and report defects.

• Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance.

• Follow all health, safety, and environmental rules.

• Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.

What You Bring

• Experience in composite manufacturing (aerospace/automotive preferred).

• Knowledge of vacuum press and curing processes.

• Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Fluent German is essential.
