Mane are currently recruiting for a Composite Trimmer for our Aerospace client based in Cambridge.

Job Specification:

* Precision-based role within a high-spec aerospace environment

Role Responsibilities:

* Apply décor laminates using approved adhesives
* Work from technical drawings and specifications
* Maintain high standards of quality and traceability
* Meet production and quality targets
* Collaborate effectively with team members
* Follow strict Health and Safety procedures

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience in trimming, finishing, or similar roles
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Skilled in surface preparation and adhesive application
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Aerospace experience desirable but not essential
