We’re looking for ambitious people to join us as Trainee Recruitment Consultants and develop a career in specialist recruitment.

You don’t need previous recruitment experience. We’ll give you the training, coaching and support to build your confidence, develop specialist market knowledge and progress within the business.

The Role

You’ll learn how to manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including:

• Sourcing and engaging candidates

• Building strong candidate relationships

• Advertising vacancies and matching people to opportunities

• Coordinating interviews and managing feedback

• Supporting live client requirements

• Developing your market and commercial knowledge

• Working towards individual and team targets

As your experience grows, so will your responsibility, with the opportunity to develop your own network, clients and recruitment desk.
