Team Leader

Team Leader - Wind Turbine Installation (Onshore)
Mane are supporting a globally renowned wind energy contractor who are hiring for a Team Leader to work on a major onshore wind project in South-West Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and coordinate daily installation team activities
-Ensure safe execution of works in line with HSE standards
-Coordinate tasks, resources, and site communication. Report progress and site updates to management
-Monitor quality, productivity, and compliance
-Deliver toolbox talks and daily planning sessions
-Provide technical guidance and team support

Requirements
-Proven experience in wind turbine installation projects
-Vestas C-Level certification (essential)
-GWO BST and GWO BTT (ideally all 5 modules)
-Strong mechanical and hydraulic skills (electrical knowledge advantageous)
-English (B1 minimum)
-UK passport/Right to work in UK
