Shot Blaster

To prepare and shot blast materials for powder coating in line with internal specifications, ensuring high-quality finishes while meeting production targets, tolerances, safety requirements and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Shot blasting parts to SA 2.5 standards.
• Prepare, sand, fill and smooth surfaces for powder coating.
• Carry out visual and quality inspections.
• Maintain equipment and follow all SSOWs/safety procedures.
• Meet production targets and quality standards.
• Report issues and support continuous improvement.

Experience

• 1+ year's shot blasting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good mechanical knowledge and experience using hand/power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Shift Pattern:
Days: Mon-Thurs 07:00-16:00 | Fri 07:00-13:00
Late: Mon-Thurs 16:00-02:00
