Shot Blaster

Mane are currently recruiting for a Shot Blaster for our client based in Northern Ireland.

As a Shot Blaster you will be required to prepare materials for powder coating to meet quality, safety, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Shot blast parts to SA2.5 standard

• Fill, sand, smooth, and inspect components

• Set up, operate, and maintain preparation equipment

• Follow all safety procedures and SSOWs

• Meet production targets and quality requirements

• Report issues and support continuous improvement

• Assist with training and supporting team members

Experience

• 1+ year shot blasting experience (preferred)

Skills

• Good mechanical knowledge and tool use

• High attention to detail

• Reliable, positive, and safety focused
