Production Fabricator

Join a high-performing manufacturing team producing precision ducting components for major aerospace and engineering customers. If you're skilled with metals, confident with drawings, and love working with your hands, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate high-quality ducting components using stainless steel, titanium, Inconel and more.
• Use your operator verification approval stamp (or work toward gaining it).
• Support continuous improvement, bringing ideas to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow all company H&S and Fire Safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a strong team and adapt to new methods and techniques.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with confidence.
• Strong hand-skills and experience in metal fabrication.
• A proactive, goal-driven mind-set and willingness to support the wider team.
• Good communication, organisation, and basic PC skills.
• A flexible, positive attitude toward work.

Education/Experience:
Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent technical experience.

Late Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:45pm - 1:30am
