  • Administer employment references and support maternity, paternity, adoption and sickness-related administration.
  • Record and monitor employee absences, maintain relevant documentation and provide information to support absence reporting and analysis.
  • Assist with benefits administration, keeping the company benefits platform up to date and ensuring changes are processed promptly.
  • Organise employee review processes, manage calendars and issue reminders to support completion.
  • Prepare HR documentation, reports and meeting notes, and provide administrative support for employee relations cases.

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including invitations, venue bookings, schedules and learning materials.
  • Maintain accurate training records and monitor compliance with mandatory and regulatory learning requirements.
  • Track Learning & Development metrics, including enrolment, attendance, completion rates and evaluation feedback.
  • Provide administrative support for workshops, training programmes and wider development initiatives.

Throughout all aspects of the role, you will be expected to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.
