Electrical Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a major construction project in Denmark.

This is a hands-on supervisory position where you will take ownership of an electrical work area, leading electrical trades and subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating electrical trade teams and subcontractors.
• Managing day-to-day electrical site activities and progress.
• Developing two-week look-ahead plans and coordinating works with other trades.
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
• Ensuring installations are completed in line with IFC drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Managing quality inspections, ITPs, snagging and close-out.
• Ensuring RAMS, toolbox talks and site safety requirements are followed.
• Coordinating materials, deliveries and minor procurement requirements.
• Tracking manpower and reporting progress to the Construction Manager.
• Identifying and resolving issues affecting safety, quality, programme or delivery.

About You

We're looking for an experienced electrical supervisor or trade leader with:

• A Senior Electrical Trade qualification or equivalent.
• 5+ years' site experience in a supervisory/trade leadership capacity.
• Experience on data centre, pharmaceutical, medical device, industrial or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations, drawings and schematics.
• Experience managing electrical trades and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of construction planning, sequencing and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of site safety, RAMS and quality procedures.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive, organised and hands-on approach to site delivery.
