Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major tunnelling project. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage both site operations and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on site.
• Lead by example as a hands-on working supervisor, supporting the team with installation work where required.
• Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Complete and maintain all required site paperwork, including permits, inspections, progress reports, and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with site management and other trades to ensure work is completed to programme.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Confined Space certification (current).
• Proven tunnel experience.
• National Grid Persons (NG Persons) authorisation/competency.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation practices and safe systems of work.
• Ability to manage site documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Hours

• Hours: 07:30 - 18:00
• Shift Pattern: 12 days on, 2 days off
