CPCS Ride-On-Roller

Mane Infrastructure are on the look for a CPCS Ride-On-Roller for a contract lift located in Croydon, London area.

Applicants will be required to safely and efficiently operate a ride-on roller to compact earth, aggregates, asphalt, and other materials in accordance with site specifications, health and safety requirements, and project programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CPCS ride-on roller safely and competently.
• Carry out daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks on the machine.
• Compact sub-bases, backfill, and asphalt to the required specification.
• Follow site plans, supervisor instructions, and method statements.
• Work closely with groundworkers, plant operatives, and site management.
• Report any defects, hazards, or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and site-specific procedures.
• Wear and maintain the required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Essential Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Ride-on Roller Operator card.
• Previous experience operating ride-on rollers on construction or civil engineering projects.
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.

Working hours:
14:30pm till 22:30pm (10 hours paid)
