Composite Laminator

We are currently looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join an established Formula 1 team based in Europe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in F1 composites who is looking to continue their career within a high-performance motorsport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Laminating high-quality carbon fibre components for Formula 1 cars.
• Working with pre-preg carbon fibre materials and complex composite tooling.
• Manufacturing structural and non-structural components, including chassis, bodywork, wings and aerodynamic parts.
• Vacuum bagging, debulking and preparing components for autoclave curing.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, ply books and laminate specifications.
• Ensuring all components meet strict quality standards and production deadlines.
• Working closely with the wider composites and manufacturing teams to support car builds and ongoing development.

Requirements

• Previous composite laminating experience within a Formula 1 team is essential.
• Strong knowledge of pre-preg carbon fibre laminating techniques.
• Experience working with complex tooling and high-precision composite components.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, ply books and manufacturing instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced motorsport production environment.
• Must have the right to work in the EU.
