B1 Licensed Engineer

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineers with Boeing 777 and/or Boeing 787 experience for an ongoing Base Maintenance contract based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive hourly rates, a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation, weekly payments and a comprehensive travel and accommodation package.

Engineers can work across morning, afternoon and night shifts, with an additional hourly uplift for night shift work.

Contract Details & Rates

• Aircraft Types: Boeing 777 and Boeing 787
• Licence Required: B1
• Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
• Maintenance: Base Maintenance
• Contract: Ongoing
• Rotation: 7 days on / 7 days off
• Working Hours: 10 hours per day
• Payment: Weekly
• Tools: Not required

Hourly Rates

• Night Shift Allowance: Additional €3 per hour
• Rotation Flight Allowance: Additional €2 per hour

Accommodation & Travel

• Accommodation provided.
• If accommodation is located a significant distance from the airport, transport will be arranged.
• Initial flight provided.
• Return flight provided at the end of the contract.
• Additional €2 per hour to support rotation flights.

Shift Patterns

Morning, afternoon and night shifts available.

An additional €3 per hour will be paid for night shift work.

Clearance & Start Date

All candidates must obtain VGB security clearance before commencing the contract.

The anticipated clearance process is approximately one month, so candidates should be prepared to complete the necessary checks as soon as possible.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid B1 Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence.
• Boeing 777 and/or Boeing 787 experience.
• Previous Base Maintenance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Availability to complete VGB security clearance.
• Ability to commit to a 7 on / 7 off rotation.
