MANE are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives for our aerospace client based in Bedfordshire.

Assembly Operator - Precision Manufacturing

Join our team and help build high-quality precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment! We're looking for a hands-on Assembly Operator with experience in manufacturing or assembly, who takes pride in delivering accurate, top-quality work.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble components using hand tools and basic machinery

• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and route cards

• Work with Quality and Engineering to meet strict standards

• Keep production records accurate and maintain a safe, clean workspace

What We're Looking For:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Team player who can follow procedures and hit targets

• Bonus: aerospace/regulated industry experience, reading drawings, Operator Verification

Shift: Monday-Thursday, Day shifts (potential late shift rotation)
