As an Associate Recruiter within Mane’s Defence division, I support the delivery of specialist talent across highly regulated and technically demanding environments. A strong professional foundation developed within the automotive industry has shaped my commercial awareness, communication skills and ability to perform in fast-paced settings.

Working closely with experienced consultants and senior team members, I focus on candidate identification, market research and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. Attention to detail, responsiveness and a structured approach ensure client requirements are understood and candidates are aligned to both technical and compliance standards.
