As a recruiter, trust is fundamental to everything I do, and at Mane this is a principle we consistently deliver on. As part of the MRO division, I take pride in providing a high standard of service, with a strong focus on the detail that is often overlooked but critical to successful outcomes. My approach is centred on bridging the gap between supply and demand, recognising that no two clients, contracts or recruitment processes are the same.

My goal is to continue growing within my team, developing my skillset and delivering increasingly effective recruitment solutions as I progress in my career.

Outside of work, I value building new experiences and perspectives, whether through travel, training or continuous personal development.
