As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Mane MRO I am passionate about supporting individuals in securing the dream roles they’ve worked hard for and truly deserve. I take pride in connecting talent with opportunities that not only fit their skills but also reflect their dedication to the industry.

During my time in recruitment, I’ve learnt that no candidate or client is ever the same, and I pride myself on being adaptable to everyone’s unique needs. It’s important to me that the people I work with feel supported, comfortable approaching me, and confident that I will always work with them to find the right solution. My passion for the sector means I’m genuinely excited for my candidates and clients, and I find real fulfilment in helping them achieve what they set out to do. This same passion drives me to continually progress and grow within my field. 

Outside of work, I dedicate much of my time to health and fitness while enjoying anything social with friends. I can often be found at the gym, out running, or on the golf course. I also regularly attend the track to support friends and family in racing. Having travelled extensively for both personal and professional reasons, I continue to draw on these experiences and apply what I’ve learned to my career; delivering value to both clients and candidates within the MRO sectors.
