As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Automotive, F1 and Motorsport I am passionate about supporting individuals in securing the dream roles they’ve worked hard for and truly deserve. I take pride in connecting talent with opportunities that not only fit their skills but also reflect their dedication to the industry. I bring individuality and a personal perspective to my role, having spent years supporting my brother around the world as he pursued his racing career. This experience gave me a unique appreciation of the commitment, determination, and hard work that lies behind every position in motorsport; from the track to behind the scenes.

During my time in recruitment, I’ve learnt that no candidate or client is ever the same, and I pride myself on being adaptable to everyone’s unique needs. It’s important to me that the people I work with feel supported, comfortable approaching me, and confident that I will always work with them to find the right solution. My passion for the sector means I’m genuinely excited for my candidates and clients, and I find real fulfilment in helping them achieve what they set out to do. This same passion drives me to continually progress and grow within my field. 

Outside of work, I dedicate much of my time to health and fitness while enjoying anything social with friends. I can often be found at the gym, out running, or on the golf course. I also regularly attend the track to support friends and family in racing. Having travelled extensively for both personal and professional reasons, I continue to draw on these experiences and apply what I’ve learned to my career; delivering value to both clients and candidates within the Automotive, F1, and Motorsport sectors.
