I bring extensive experience in sales and business development and am proud to be part of the Infrastructure team at Mane. My career spans multiple industries, including recruitment, construction, engineering and infrastructure, giving me a broad and practical understanding of how successful teams and businesses are built.

I have a strong passion for sales, developing high-performing teams and coaching individuals to succeed. I am most effective when working directly with clients, building relationships and winning new business through a consultative and value-driven approach.

Having entered recruitment as a Resourcer, I have progressed through a wide range of roles, including 360 Consultant, Branch Manager and leading a multi-million-pound infrastructure team. This experience allows me to see the bigger picture and I firmly believe that long-term success is driven by teamwork, shared goals and putting the success of the team and business above individual achievement.
