🎨 Job Requirements - Car Prepper

We are looking for an experienced Car Prepper to join a busy bodyshop environment, preparing vehicles to a high standard prior to painting.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a vehicle prepper within an automotive/body shop setting

• Skilled in sanding, masking, priming, and filler work

• Ability to identify surface imperfections and prepare panels to paint-ready standard

• Experience using DA sanders, hand tools, and prep equipment

• Knowledge of different paint processes and materials

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes

• Ability to work efficiently to meet productivity targets

• Good understanding of health & safety procedures

• Must have European Right to Work

Preferred (but not essential):

• Experience working on high-end or accident-repair vehicles

• Ability to carry out minor repairs prior to paint
