Vehicle Prepper

As an Automotive Painter / Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicle surfaces to the highest standards. Working as part of a professional and supportive team, you'll ensure every vehicle leaves the workshop with a flawless finish that meets client and manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.

• Mix and apply paints accurately to achieve colour matches and high-quality finishes.

• Operate spray guns and other refinishing equipment safely and effectively.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company and customer standards.

• Collaborate with technicians and other workshop staff to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Painter or Prepper within a professional bodyshop.

• Strong knowledge of paint systems, refinishing techniques, and workshop safety procedures.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality workmanship.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment.

• Must provide own PPE.

• Eligibility to work in Belgium.
