VDA Estimator

Our client is a manufacturer-approved repairer (Bentley, VW/Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover/Jaguar), working with 32 main dealers across the South East of England.

- You will be required to collate estimates on body repairs to accident-damaged vehicles using the Audatex computerised estimating system.

- You will calculate the time required to complete all necessary repairs and inform the body shop of the authorisation of any additional work needed. Once estimates are completed, you will be responsible for negotiating repair costs with insurance engineers and providing a clear breakdown of repair costs for customers.

- Candidates must have previous experience as an Estimator and ideally possess an up-to-date Audatex certificate.

- Successful applicants will have experience using Audatex and/or dealer-based estimating systems.

You must be able to work effectively in a team and under pressure. Front-of-house experience is essential, as this will be a key aspect of the role. Strong customer service skills and efficiency with administrative tasks are also required.
