Trainee Spray Painter

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Paint Sprayers within the aviation industry. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a highly skilled trade, with the potential for long-term career growth.

Duties:

• Learn and apply new painting techniques under supervision as training progresses.

• Assist in preparing aircraft surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.

• Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.

• Support general hangar operations, including moving parts and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Key Details:

• Rate: €16.10

• Hours: 55-60 hours per week available

• Accommodation and travel: Provided

• Language requirement: Must speak English to attend and complete the interview

• Performance bonus: Higher rates may be offered based on interview performance
