About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Trainee Aircraft Seat Trimmer. This is an entry-level position with full training provided, offering an excellent opportunity to develop specialist skills within the aviation industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the trimming, fitting, and finishing of aircraft seats
  • Work with a range of materials including leather, fabric, and foam
  • Learn to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
  • Use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure work meets required standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Follow all health & safety procedures

Training & Development

  • Full on-the-job training provided
  • Structured learning plan covering materials, tools, and techniques
  • Ongoing support from experienced team members and supervisors
  • Opportunity to gain industry-specific skills within aircraft interiors
