About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the trimming, fitting, and finishing of aircraft seats
- Work with a range of materials including leather, fabric, and foam
- Learn to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
- Use hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Carry out quality checks to ensure work meets required standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Follow all health & safety procedures
Training & Development
- Full on-the-job training provided
- Structured learning plan covering materials, tools, and techniques
