Testing & Termination Supervisor

T&T Supervisor (Offshore Wind)

The T&T Supervisor is responsible for overseeing tower team activities, ensuring quality, compliance with procedures, and HSE standards during fibre optic and power core termination works. Operating from an ISV, the role supports the Shift Supervisor and ensures team performance, documentation, and quality control align with HSEQ standards and the Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise termination and testing activities, ensuring high-quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with safety, procedural, and HSEQ requirements.

• Oversee performance and documentation of team tasks.

• Support the Shift Supervisor in operational and team management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Technical expertise in high/medium-voltage systems and cable installations (EN 50110-1 standards).

• At least 5 years of offshore experience in T&T scopes (Cable Jointer or Fibre Optical Technician).

• Experience in 66kV terminations (Pfisterer, TE, Nexans, NKT) or fibre optic termination & OTDR loop testing.

• Preferred experience as an Authorized Person under Electrical Safety Rules.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
