Your Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless end-to-end technical integration and functional alignment across all offshore wind farm systems, including OSS, ONS, TP, WTGs, electrical infrastructure, cables, SCADA, protection systems, and grid interfaces.
- Develop and maintain system integration strategies, functional architectures, and interface requirements throughout all project phases-from concept and design to commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate and manage technical interfaces across disciplines, work packages, OEMs, and contractors, ensuring alignment, compatibility, and clearly defined responsibilities.
- Identify, assess, and resolve system-level risks, gaps, and interface challenges during design, construction, commissioning, and energisation.
- Support system-level testing, commissioning, and energisation activities, validating overall system performance and operational readiness.
- Maintain integration documentation and drive standardisation and continuous improvement through lessons learned and industry best practices.
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in system integration within offshore wind, substations, power systems, or large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of OSS, ONS, TP, WTG systems, cable infrastructure, protection & control, and SCADA architectures.
- Proven expertise in interface management, system engineering, and integration methodologies.
- Ability to interpret system diagrams, network architectures, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and control philosophies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities at a system level.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are advantageous.
