Will Consider - Day Rate / Hourly Rate Contractors

Package Includes:

• Flights (1 Return Flight Per Month)

• EU Allowance (Approx 10,000€ Gross Paid Monthly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, monitor, and uphold high standards of safety and quality across all site activities.
• Supervise construction operations, coordinating labour, plant, machinery, and materials.
• Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Support the Project Manager in managing and overseeing on-site personnel within your designated area.
• Manage subcontractor activities to ensure work is delivered to specification and schedule.
• Take a leadership role on site, ensuring all work is carried out in line with the site safety plan and regulations.
• Maintain discipline, address incidents promptly, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Plan and allocate labour and material resources required for your scope of work.
• Apply previous experience in either MEP or CSA packages to drive successful delivery.
• Inspect all materials prior to installation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Contribute to the successful handover of systems to the client.

Qualification:

• In-depth knowledge of CSA or MEP packages.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental systems.
• EU passport holder.
