The Role:

Experienced SHE professional providing expert guidance on health, safety, and environmental compliance across complex, high-risk operations. Responsibilities include conducting audits and inspections in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, investigating incidents and non-conformances with thorough root cause analysis, and producing clear, actionable reports within agreed timescales. Actively contributes to SHE workshops and initiatives, drives continuous improvement and innovation in safety delivery, supports wider departmental activities, and assists with occupational health programs, focusing on early intervention and rehabilitation. Committed to professional development and consistently demonstrating positive safety behaviours.

What we want from you:

  • Holds or is actively pursuing the NEBOSH Diploma.
  • Skilled in practical internal auditing and compliance assessment.
  • Experienced in high-risk operations with a strong focus on risk reduction and mitigation.
  • Knowledgeable in, or has hands-on experience within, Maritime, Royal Navy, or other highly regulated industries.
