Join a highly skilled Test Systems & Metrology team in Norfolk, where you'll play a key role in developing automated test systems used to verify and calibrate cutting-edge products - ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance.

The Role

As a Senior Test System Engineer, you'll design, develop, and optimise automated test and calibration systems used across the full product lifecycle - from initial concept and design through to manufacturing, service, and end-of-life support.

You'll work closely with hardware, software, and metrology engineers to:

  • Develop robust measurement and calibration processes using industry-leading test and measurement instrumentation.
  • Review and improve product requirements, ensuring key quality and compliance criteria are met.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using proven engineering toolkits.
  • Support accreditation processes (including ISO 17025) and drive process innovation.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, collaborating with global teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Test & Measurement instrumentation and calibration.
  • Knowledge of RF calibration and measurement techniques (advantageous).
  • Understanding of measurement uncertainty and formal quality systems.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across global and technical teams.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
