About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, where your work will directly impact cutting-edge defence technology while advancing your career. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with innovative software solutions and contribute to the testing and validation of critical defence systems.
You will collaborate closely across Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, and our Test Centre of Excellence to deliver robust test capabilities. Your work will support the full lifecycle of advanced defence products, from development and production through to field testing.
As part of our team, you will contribute to software that integrates with complex test equipment hardware, ensuring the conformance, quality, and performance of our products in high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop reliable, high-performance software using C, C++, or ADA for test solutions.
  • Design, analyse, review, and document software to meet stringent quality standards.
  • Solve complex technical challenges, often in multi-disciplinary contexts.
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Electronics, and Test & Validation teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Contribute to projects where software is mission-critical and time-sensitive.
