Senior Project Manager - Paris

Delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects, including hyperscale and enterprise facilities, from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

Scope of Work:

* Lead full lifecycle delivery of data centre construction projects, ensuring alignment with programme, budget, quality, and safety objectives
* Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project
* Oversee pre-construction activities including design coordination, value engineering, procurement strategy, and risk management
* Manage multidisciplinary project teams including CSA, MEP, and commissioning functions across all phases of delivery
* Drive programme performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain critical milestones
* Control project financials, including cost planning, forecasting, change management, and commercial reporting
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of packages in line with project specifications
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety standards, quality assurance processes, and regulatory requirements
* Lead project meetings, reporting progress to senior leadership and clients with clear, data-driven insights
* Support commissioning, testing, and handover processes, ensuring operational readiness and client satisfaction
* Implement best practices and lessons learned across projects to drive continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience delivering large-scale data centre projects (hyperscale or enterprise) with a general contractor
* Strong understanding of CSA, MEP systems, and integrated project delivery in mission-critical environments
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex programmes with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
* Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and contract negotiations
* Strong leadership and team management skills across geographically diverse project teams
* Familiarity with commissioning processes and critical systems (UPS, cooling, redundancy, etc.)
* Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
