Drive Performance. Engineer Excellence. Deliver at the Limit.

This is not just another project management role. This is an opportunity to operate at the very edge of engineering performance-where precision, speed, and innovation define success.

We are seeking a Senior Production Project Manager to take ownership of the technical coordination and delivery of high-performance F1 car components. In this role, you will be the critical link between design, production, and trackside performance-ensuring that every component meets the highest standards of quality, feasibility, and timing.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where decisions matter, deadlines are non-negotiable, and excellence is the baseline.

What You'll Be Responsible For

End-to-End Production Leadership

  • Own the technical delivery of F1 component production, ensuring alignment across engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
  • Lead the resolution of non-conformities and faults, including those arising during live track events.
  • Drive the selection of optimal technical solutions, balancing performance, manufacturability, and time constraints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Design, Production Planning, Quality, PMO, and Car Engineering teams to align on solutions that meet both performance and production goals.
  • Work closely with production leadership (Heads of, Team Leaders, Group Leaders) to continuously improve lead times and product quality.
  • Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.

Planning & Performance Optimization

  • Define and manage project timelines, deadlines, and production targets.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce lead times, and enhance efficiency.
  • Contribute to the evolution of production through new technologies and advanced manufacturing methods.

Technical Authority & Mentorship

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Production Project Managers.
  • Support the development of team capability through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with senior engineering leadership to strengthen overall production strategy.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain robust technical documentation, including procedures and ERP routing.
  • Produce clear, data-driven reports, escalating risks and challenges where necessary.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise

  • Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within motorsport (F1 experience strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of carbon prepreg manufacturing processes.

Professional Skills

  • Strong project management capability with the ability to deliver under intense time pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving mindset, with a focus on practical and innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
  • Confident communicator, able to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships in a high-performance environment.

Mindset

  • Proactive, driven, and solutions-focused.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
  • Committed to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Why This Role Stands Out

You won't just manage projects-you'll shape performance on the world stage. Every decision you make will directly impact the delivery of cutting-edge technology where milliseconds matter.

If you're ready to push boundaries, solve complex challenges, and contribute to elite-level engineering, this is your moment.
