Project Leader - Manufacturing Engineering
Your Missions
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and optimizing manufacturing processes in the aerospace sector. The role includes the industrialization of new programs as well as the continuous improvement of existing ones. You will participate in the preparation of technical offers and contribute to the training of junior engineers on key manufacturing engineering topics. The position also requires supporting the sales department during the prospection process by sharing relevant information and contacts. Occasional travel within Germany may be required, depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assume the role of Project Leader overseeing Manufacturing Engineering projects related to aircraft manufacturing.
Manage and coordinate project execution, including planning, coordination, and control.
Foster close collaboration with customers, ensuring effective communication of project requirements.
Collaborate with project teams and sales to prepare quotations and calculations for customers.
Handle resource planning and quality management to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor and track project phases, including weekly reporting.
Manage complaints, implement risk management strategies, and lead project meetings.
Be involved in strategic projects from the offer phase to delivery.
Your Profile
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Manufacturing or Aeronautical Engineering.
Professional Experience:
Technical Experience (~5 years): Solid hands-on experience in production environments (blue-collar background preferred), ideally with exposure to Manufacturing Engineering activities.
Team & Client Management (~2 years): Initial leadership experience, including managing teams and maintaining client relationships.

Microsoft Office
CAD / CAE:
Proficient in CATIA V5
Knowledge of SolidWorks or 3DX tools is a plus
Additional Skills:
Experience in FMEA
Familiar with GD&T
Basic FEA simulation
Metrology tools (e.g. CMM, laser tracker)
Languages:
Excellent written and spoken English and German (C1 level)
French is a plus
