Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical scope on a large-scale data centre project, ensuring delivery to schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage all aspects of electrical project execution, including HV, LV, UPS, generators, switch-gear, BMS, and control systems.
• Oversee project planning, resourcing, and procurement for electrical systems.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house engineering teams.
• Drive health, safety, and quality standards across the project site.
• Provide technical leadership during design development, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and project specifications.
• Manage stakeholder communication with clients, consultants, and project partners.
• Track project progress through reporting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and project team members.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale electrical packages, preferably within data centres, mission-critical, or high-tech environments.
• Proven track record delivering Tier III / Tier IV data centre projects in Europe.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV distribution, UPS systems, standby generation, and critical power infrastructure.
• Commercially astute with strong cost management and contractual awareness.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent English required; German language skills an advantage.
