Senior CSA Project Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior CSA Project Manager to lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural delivery of a major data centre project in Gävle, Sweden.

This is a senior, site-based leadership role with genuine ownership of the CSA scope from mobilisation through construction, commissioning, handover and demobilisation.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading all CSA construction activities on site
• Supporting project mobilisation and site establishment
• Developing short-term programmes and look-ahead plans
• Managing CSA subcontractors and site teams
• Driving productivity and programme performance
• Coordinating CSA activities with M&E and other disciplines
• Managing workfaces, sequencing, labour, plant and materials
• Chairing subcontractor meetings
• Monitoring programme performance and implementing recovery plans
• Managing variations and change with the Project Manager and QS
• Leading site HSEQ performance
• Ensuring compliance with method statements, risk assessments and permits
• Driving quality and a zero-snag approach
• Coordinating inspections, testing and client sign-off
• Managing materials and critical deliveries
• Supporting commissioning, handover and close-out
• Ensuring final documentation and marked-up drawings are completed

We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Significant CSA project or construction management experience
• Major construction project experience
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or mission-critical experience
• Strong Civil, Structural and Architectural knowledge
• Proven subcontractor and site team management experience
• Strong programme and construction planning capability
• Experience managing HSEQ and quality on major projects
• Strong commercial and change management awareness
• Excellent client, consultant and subcontractor management skills
• A decisive, practical and delivery-focused approach
• Strong leadership and communication skills
