Your future tasks:
- Support the design, specification, and technical integration of SCADA systems across offshore wind and Power?to?X projects, ensuring reliable monitoring, automation, and control.
- Coordinate interfaces between SCADA, turbine, substation, and balance?of?plant control systems to ensure full end?to?end system functionality.
- Review SCADA system architectures, signal lists, and communication protocols, ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Support procurement and vendor coordination, including technical evaluations and monitoring supplier performance against contractual requirements.
- Participate in FAT, SAT, Commissioning
and system testing activities, verifying correct implementation of SCADA hardware and software.
- Ensure accurate and complete SCADA documentation, including configurations, functional descriptions, and interface mappings.
- Collaborate with operations and digital teams to integrate SCADA data into performance monitoring, reporting, and analytics tools.
Your profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial IT, or a related technical field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SCADA engineering, ideally within offshore wind, energy, or industrial infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols such as OPC?UA, Modbus, IEC 60870, and IEC 61850.
- Experience working with control systems used in offshore wind farms, including turbines, substations, and balance of plant.
- Proven ability to work with OEMs, contractors, and internal technical teams in multi?disciplinary project environments.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and troubleshooting skills for automation and control systems.
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel for vendor coordination, testing, and site support as required.
