Our client, a leading provider of garage equipment solutions, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their established team in Canterbury.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a respected business supplying high-quality workshop equipment and aftersales support to the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors.
The Sales Coordinator will be a key link between customers, the sales team, and internal departments, ensuring the smooth delivery of products and services.
Responsibilities include:
Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate product and service information.
Preparing and processing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Liaising with engineers, logistics, and aftersales teams to coordinate installations and deliveries.
Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
Supporting the sales team with diary management, reporting, and pipeline updates.
Providing aftercare to existing customers, strengthening long-term relationships.
Assisting with tenders, proposals, and wider sales administration.
About You
Experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales administration.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of customers and colleagues.
Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Experience within garage equipment, automotive, or engineering industries is advantageous but not essential.
