Quality Inspector

Mane aerospace are looking for Quality inspectors with experience on CMM machines. to support a major aerospace company in Europe.

Duties

• Responsible for ensuring the quality of aerospace components throughout production, including approval or non-conformance decisions.
• Conducted in-process and final inspections using standard measurement tools, visual inspection methods, and functional testing.
• Prepared initial inspection documentation and maintained relevant quality data records.
• Initiated and monitored product- and process-related corrective actions and performed production audits.
• Provided training and ongoing guidance to manufacturing personnel on self-inspection practices and periodic verification checks.

The profile we need:

• Completed a technical apprenticeship (e.g., mechanic, toolmaker, carpenter, or plastic moulder) or equivalent technical education.
• Basic understanding of quality assurance and/or initial experience in production with self-inspection is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Flexible and open to working in rotating shifts (2nd and 3rd shift).
